When picking up a prepaid order or using curbside pickup you must have acceptable photo ID that MATCHES THE NAME on the order AND the credit card that was used to place the order. If you do not have a physical card you will be required to show the charge through your banking app and the name on the account must match the name on the order. Cancelled prepaid orders may take up to 10 business days to receive refund, depending on the form of payment used.
